This unit gives a full three function en-suite for that room where you really need bathroom facilities. The unit has the benefit of L.E.D. lighting, standard size WC, wash basin and a full-size shower tray.
The pre-fabricated unit is moulded in fire retardant sanitary GRP and comes completely finished and ready to install. Supplied in panels, designed to fit through a standard doorway and upstairs.
With a range of shower types available, these cubicles can be installed with the minimum of effort. The basic units require cladding or can be built into alcove situations.
The unit is available in left or right-hand configuration.

What’s included?
- All sanitary ware, including basin with mini monomixer tap, WC with soft close seat and pan connector, thermostatic shower valve with riser rail and head (electric shower alternative)
- Electrical items including cool white LED lights, shaver light, timed extractor fan and switch. All items pre wired to one single supply wire
- Flush ply door with waterproof fibreglass lining in a powder coated steel door frame. (Door is paint primed on the outside, ready for final decoration on site). Door privacy lock.
- Towel rail, toilet roll holder and mirror. Adjustable feet/jacks. Top access shower waste/trap. Shower curtain in roof mounted rail.
