CONSTRUCTION
The units are constructed in fire retardant GRP with a sanitary gel coat finish giving a nominal wall thickness 5mm. No tiling required. The walls are strengthened with wooden battens to allow for the attachment of cladding.
Floor panels are manufactured from a “sandwich” construction consisting of 4mm (nominal) of glass/ polyester either side of an 18mm plywood core. A pre-wired electrical system including lighting, extractor fan and switch are fitted and also a top access waste trap for ease of cleaning.
The unit is self draining (no more mouldy floors), supported on four adjustable feet as standard which allows for accurate levelling when installing.
WATER SUPPLY
The unit is available for plumbing into existing hot and cold water supply or from instant electric source for shower and basin. (Electrical supply must be in accordance with electrical regulations).
